An educational tool informed by canine behaviour questionnaires. It replaces neither a veterinary surgeon, nor a veterinary behaviourist, nor a professional dog trainer.

It produces no diagnosis and no prescription. Where an answer indicates a situation that belongs with a professional, the site says so, free of charge, before any payment screen, and does not sell a behaviour modification plan on that subject.

The price is shown in full before any payment button. Payment is a single charge and there is no subscription of any kind.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom. We never see or store your card details.

The report is digital content supplied immediately after payment. By starting the purchase you expressly request that immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the fourteen day right of withdrawal once the report has been unlocked.

That right, and that exception, come from Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights as transposed in your country of residence. They apply to you as a consumer resident in the European Union regardless of where the seller is established.

If the report fails to open or the file is unusable, write to contact@mydogtype.com and we will refund it.
