A single behaviour report on one dog, produced from the answers given in the test, delivered on the web page of its profile and downloadable as a PDF. The price is 6,90 EUR including tax. A second report, for another dog from the same browser, is 4,90 EUR.

MyDogType is an educational web application. The report is generated automatically from the answers given in the test, with no human involvement: it is a document, not a consultation and not a personalised advisory service.

The test itself, the archetype, the eight dimension profile and the professional referral when one is warranted are free and are not part of the sale.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd, Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom. Paddle is the merchant of record for every order: it sells the report in its own name, issues the invoice, collects any tax due, and handles refunds.

Payment is a single charge. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Card details never reach our servers.

The report is unlocked as soon as Paddle confirms the payment, normally within seconds. If it is not, the code and the payment reference are enough for us to unlock it by hand.

The report is digital content delivered immediately. By starting the purchase you expressly request immediate delivery and accept that the fourteen day right of withdrawal no longer applies once the report has been unlocked. That right and that exception come from Directive 2011/83/EU as transposed in your country of residence.

We give that fortnight back as a commercial guarantee. Ask within fourteen days of the payment, for any reason, and the report is refunded — no form and no explanation required. This is offered in addition to your statutory rights and limits none of them.

If the report was not delivered, or does not correspond to the profile paid for, there is no deadline: write to us and we will arrange the refund through Paddle.

The report is an educational tool. It is not a veterinary diagnosis, and it replaces neither a vet, nor a veterinary behaviourist, nor a professional dog trainer. No result commits us to any outcome.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply to you, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
